Ice Cream
Product obtained from the mixture of natural and/or artificial sweeteners with polydextrose and
Maltodextrin.
Ingredients: stabilizer, sweeteners artificial, soluble fiber, natural masking.
Application: this mixture of ingredients has been developed for the total replacement of sugar in an ice cream (hard or soft) creamy and/or water based, without affecting the sensory characteristics of the final product (mainly taste and texture) without any bitter aftertaste in perception or mouth, achieving an optimal combination of ingredients.
